Eliteimmune signed the lease with Scheer Partners to move into their newly renovated next generation lab facility located at 704 Quince Orchard Road in the heart of the Biohealth Capital Region.
GAITHERSBURG, MARYLAND April 4, 2019--- Eliteimmune will build a 5,000+ ft2 state-of-the-art research facility in Next Generation Lab building. The building showcases amenities designed to attract and retain biotech companies to the Maryland Biohealth Capital Region. Amenities include a gym, outdoor patio seating, private conference rooms, a complimentary snack and beverage bar, and an onsite laboratory supply room run by VWR. The building features a bright and open design with a common area and kitchen for tenants. The hope is that the open concept will foster more interaction between companies and generate more scientific collaborations.
