At Eliteimmune, Huan develops and maintains the bioinformatic pipeline and online server for immunoglobulin sequence analysis. He utilizes this proprietary collection of computational tools to analyze sequence data derived from diverse sources. He works with a multidisciplinary team to bring computational power into experimental platforms to streamline antibody discovery.
Huan studied comparative genomics and earned his Ph.D. in Biology from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany. Afterwards, he underwent post-doctoral training in bioinformatics at several institutions in Germany and the US. He has research papers published in Science, Nature Communications, Current Biology, etc
