Molecular Probes™ Antibody Conjugate Purification kits efficiently purify antibody conjugates from unconjugated dye or biotin. This particular kit is optimized for the purification of
20-50Qg of antibody conjugate. Purification is accomplished using an easy-to-assemble size-exclusion spin column containing BioGel™ P-6 fine resin. Each kit contains sufficient
material for 3 separate purifications, and can also be used to purify proteins with a molecular weight greater than 12 kDa away from unconjugated labels.

Additional Features of this Antibody Conjugate Purification Kit:

• Purified conjugate ready-to-use in -10 minutes with -5 minutes of hands-on time
• Designed for low-molecular weight labels (<3000 Da. e.g. Alexa Fluor™ dyes): cannot be used for removing unconjugated high-molecular weight labels C>8 kDa) such as enzymes
